# Hi, I'm Pam

Woman First. Mum Second. Coach Third.

 

To be totally honest, I am not a morning person.

But, I do love waking up in the morning and ordering my vanilla oat latte on Meituan just before I hear my tiny human calling out for a cuddle.

I love reaching over to nudge the man of my dreams awake before going and getting that cuddle (and coffee!)

And, I love helping other expat mums wake up in their version of the same story. 

After living in China for almost 12 years, I've been through career transitions from teacher to coach, relationship transitions from single to married with a toddler, and the transition from daughter to distance caregiver.

One thing I know to be true is that life is constantly moving, and every day gives us a choice to rise to the next version of ourselves. Or not.

### **My Approach**

I believe in practical tools, not platitudes. My work combines:

- 10+ years of lived expat experience and 300+ hours of client observations,
- intuitively helping clients make connections that create real and immediate results in their lives, relationships, careers, and futures in ways that matter to them,
- developing systems that work for each client and her family to reduce overwhelm, increase communication, and create community support.

- 11 years across education, coaching, and coach training in China
